"Pat and Una Weir were attentive and gracious hosts. We arrived around 18:00(6:00 pm) after exploring the ancient New Grange/ Boyne Valley area. Even though Una was very busy welcoming diners she showed us the apartment straight away and explained how everything works. "We found the Kilmore Hotel in Cavan town to be absolutely excellent in each and every category and actually couldnt find a a bad word to say about it! The bedroom/bathroom was spotless and fresh with ample toiletries for our overnight stay in a triple room and the next morning we enjoyed ample choices for our cooked fresh to our table breakfast plus the menu had a vegetarian & vegan choice on it which was good to see and delicious on arrival on all counts. We will definitely consider a return visit for our next stay in County Cavan. "
