"Hotel is conveniently located with easy walking distance to center city and a short drive to South Ring Road. Entrance to car park was too narrow and free parking tickets didn’t always work. Food in the River Lee Club was disappointing and could be improved."

"The property grounds are outstanding, great for a walk or a bike ride along the Lee River. The staff are wonderful the front desk always ready to help guests. Rooms are very clean. Some minor issues would be a dripping faucet from a bathroom sink and paint chips in lift corridor of hotel around the door frame. Restaurant food is incredible. "Worked for us, needed a cost effective overnight in Cork. Such a large hotel so no personal touches, everything was absolutely fine. But if cracked floor tiles and stained carpets bother you look elsewhere. The room was large for family of four, beds were comfy and they seemed to have good sound proofing as we slept great. Didnt eat at the hotel so cant comment on food"

"The hotel is in a perfect location of buses, the train station, shopping and restaurants. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff very accommodating. We just loved Lorraine. She is a delight and treated us as family. "

"Cork is an easy walkable city. Location of the hotel is a perfect base for this. We enjoyed eatting at Greenes below the hotel. Our room was lovely, large & comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great place to stay. "
