"We were upgraded to the radisson blu in Belfast as the park inn has not reopend since covid. Upon arrival we couldn't check in as room wasnt ready..we arrived at 3.10 check in opens at 3....we had too leave the hotel as wee had a reservation too eat before we went to a concert so they took the bags too out room when it was ready and we collected keys when we returned at 1.30am. Beds were comfy but room itself is in need of a revamp. Shower screen didnt fit bath properly so the floor got...

"We had a lovely time. Rooms are nice and clean, serviced in the morning and evening. Bed time chocolate a lovely touch. Staff very friendly and professional. The negative side of my stay was the breakfast. The can do better for a 5 star hotel in quality and presentation. "

"It was a nice experience at Ramada Hotel. John and Kayla at the front desk helped me with information about the tours and I booked accordingly. It ended up being an amazing experience with the Giant Causeway tours. I found strands of hair on my bedlinen that was a big minus but the rooms and hallways were very clean. Housekeeping also cleaned up when we were out. The lobby is lovely too. I held a couple of my YouTube live streams there. "

"Only reason why i marked this done is because they woke me up at 8am in the morning vacuuming outside my room.Did report this to reception,but was told the carpet needed cleaning.Overall ot was value for money.If you have come to Belfast to chill and maybe sleep in then probably not ideal for you"
