"Our young receptionist (jeane fille, tre joile - wish we knew her name) was very professional and welcoming. She personally introduced the main areas of the hotel and locale and escorted us to our room where she explained the facilities. You could not wish for a better reception. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We liked the spa and indoor pool but as we were eating out cannot comment on the food. The hotel would have had spectacular views had the weather been better. "We wasn’t inform that we have to bring our own bed sheets and towel.. the place doesn’t have any security and the cabin next to us was drunk and screaming outside late at night.. we couldn’t call security because there’s none and reception open at 10:30 am.. no help frm them at all"
