"We stayed for 2 weeks at the property. We felt safe the entire time. The staff is 5 stars. Dealing with the owner, the driver, the property manager and cooking and cleaning staff just amazing. They're is a bit of a language barrier so have your google translate i'f you don't know Spanish. The property is a bit dated and needs a few renos but just a beautiful spot. "Sort of off the beaten path. I booked for the restaurant since I was tired and didn’t want to venture out for dinner after traveling internationally for two full days. Turns out the restaurant is closed on Sundays though. They did arrange food delivery instead which was fine. But my options were Pizza, KFC, or Dennys. Would have loved a traditional local food option. The staff were all wonderful and overall this hotel was a great choice. "

"Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
