"Our front desk staff did not know how to use their computers. Or how to check us in from hotels.com. they were kind and helpful, but our checking process was extremely extended because there are lack of knowledge of using hotels.com to check in."

"Beautiful unique hotel. The spa is amazing you must book the 12 circuit spa experience. Friendly staff most speak very good English. Breakfast omelettes are delicious order a flat white coffee. Wifi is solid for zoom meetings with flawless audio and video connections. Small rooftop pool, but no one ever uses so it’s basically private. "

The rooms are shabby and mistreated - there were scuff marks all over the walls and floor, so the suite didn't feel clean at all. The building hallways are dark and in bad need of renovation.
