"Gorgeous location. Check-in was the worst part of my experience - its as if they were just not expecting us. They need to be more efficient. Also - concierge service below par - dinner reservations that were promised but never made. Staff need to be more attentive and honest. No excuses for this. Apart from this I loved the property and most of the amenities."

"Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo."
