"Stayed in Ocean view room 3nts on the 9th fl. View was excellent. Any floor lower, the views would've been slightly obstructed. Hotel centrally and conveniently located. The only thing was the AC - No access in the room, anything (change of temp or On/Off) had to be thru the Reception. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Beachfront property with a walk straight onto the beach. Breakfast great and we loved that you could make it up yourself. We also ate in as the kitchen well-equipped. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough "

"the room was very dirty. we saw dirty spots and others' hair in bed. nobody came to clean the room or remove trash in the bathroom during our stay at the hotel for two days. this is the worst hotel I have ever used. "

"The place is far away from downtown... near across the beach in this area... a great place to relax and to rest. The property is perfect for people who come with a car... or groups. It is a most beautiful hotel. The Dining room is excellent... the staff great with excellent training and funny and kind... I was very impressed with this place."

"The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful! An early check-in was most appreciated. Although the staff did not speak much English, both Isabel and Sergio did a very good job communicating and providing services. Although my room was not that clean -there were lots of hairs in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor upon my arrival - I would still highly recommend this hotel for it's staff and location."
