We were having lunch at a restaurant overlooking the ocean in Cape Coast when I looked down and saw this little girl making her way across the rocks. I remember the waves crashing against them not too far away and thinking how slippery they must have been for her to be walking on them while balancing that tray...it's amazing the things that become second nature to people as a result of their circumstances.

"The property was in a good location for tourists and was right on the water so the atmosphere was really beautiful. We booked 3 rooms and aside from toilet paper not being in any of them the amenities were good. Two rooms were on upper levels and were comfortable. The income from this resort goes to support the local orphanage and the resort has donated water storage systems to many of the local villages.
