"I like the location, friendliness of the staff, breakfast I dislike the swipe card to the room as I have to go ALL the way down to reception when I can't access my room. It will be nice to have a phone line on every floor near the lift to call reception to come up instead."

"Good, big room with good amenities. Hotel close to two big malls within walking distance - plenty of local shopping experience. Good buffet breakfast at the hotel with enough vegetarian options. Hotel lobby also unique compared to other hotels. Only downside was the dryer in the hotel room was bad. Did a mistake of washing clothes in the inbuilt washer/dryer in room and it took more than 5 hours to dry the clothes(even then not dry fully) and in the process it actually damaged the clothes. "
