"This hotel is closed so please dont book here, we arrived and it was shut down. However, Hotels.com sorted it out for us in the end and got us a different hotel instead. Am also hoping they remove the hotel from their site. Although we had to stay at 2 different hotels due to availability, I am always pleased with hotels.com customer service and happy but dissappinted because its the second time weve had an issue. "Lovely cottage but on a noisy road. Beautiful garden. Everything we needed including food essentials on arrival. Bonus to be able to park off road at the end of the garden. What puts us off staying again however was the bedding. Did not smell clean and fresh, pillows old, flat and stained, duvets the same. No smell of fresh laundry. We bought some pillows at Tesco on the first day as we didn't want to use those supplied."
