"Two things: 1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full! 2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill. They were so unprofessional! I literally left in anger !"

"Major problem: dirty (brown!) water flowing in the sink and the shower. When reported to Hotel Management, they only said that “the hotel is not responsible”, that “I should just wait for the water to clear”. This happened 4 days out of my 9-day stay. Shocked and disappointed that the Hotel Management is not acknowledging the health risks for its customers. I sent an email to the owner, Mme Françoise Puene (Mamy) Nyanga. She did not respond. "I stayed here with my mom and sister visiting from the states! We felt so safe and comfortable here. The security keeps a good eye on the place so you feel very secure and the whole staff is amazing! After a long day of travel the kitchen staff made us food at 1:00am despite them being closed and we really appreciated them for going out of their way as they did not have to. 10/10 recommend staying here if you visit very close to the airport weather you just got off the plane and need a place to stay or have an early flight to catch in the morning! This place was so lovely, clean and well taken care of! Thank you to all the staff!"
