She has stopped a guest “laundry” service that was very appreciated in the past. Now, as of March 14, 2020, I see they have greatly increased their room prices!! "Happy with my stay. 4 star hotel with 5 star vibes. Great service. Free breakfast, foods were OK (mostly Filipino foods). Free shuttle to airport. Nice comfortable bed and room also with enough space. The place accessible to city center by short distance by car. Have some good restaurants and bar outside hotel. "

"Tugawe sits on a remote location overlooking parts of Caramoan. The resort is on a lush hill, peaceful, and soo green all around. Caramoan itself is amazing. Tugawe, while it might be a little outdated and has the limits of a resort in a remote location (finicky hot water, weak toilet, etc) makes up for its service.
