"Everything is almost perfect. Location, staff, swimming pool, sauna is a little cool for a sauna. Will highly recommend staying in this hotel. A lot of excellent sites in a walking distance, excellent neighborhood. However, I have an important recommendation. I stayed four nights. On my last night, I had to repeatedly call the reception with no live response. There is NO INOFRMATION in the room about how to contact ANYTHING by the phone! Only some QR codes for food service. "Ficamos 5 noites muito bem instalados na suite 301 e o Hotel é lindo, tem uma localização ótima, serviço impecável. Porém foi muito ruim ter eventos em todos os restaurantes do Hotel no mesmo dia impossibilitando de tomar um café ou chá nos restaurante do Hotel. Fica a sugestão para sempre deixarem um dos locais abertos aos hospedes"

"I stayed in the all-women's room with three bunk beds. It was comfortable and tidy. My only concern is that the sheets were some kind of polyester/cotton blend. I didn't like the feel, and there may be some health concerns sleeping in polyester. Not sure why they can't be basic cotton. Otherwise, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast options are great."
