"we did late-check-in. but the way that pass the key was really irresponsible and NOT safe, I think. I didnt realize her contact & 24hour contact didn't work, so we took long time to check-in (Guimaraes might be a safe place, but...😥😫) Also "the reception opens at 10am" is too late. the price is really reasonable if guests don't do late-check-in. "

"Toural has an old-world charm, with its location, decor, and the service. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is full of nice surprises including home made cakes. The room is very spacious with a balcony over looking the historical Toural square. We loved our stay!"

"The hotel could use some renovation. Our room was at the end of the hallway and for some reason it was very hot even though the outside temperatures were cool. The front desk service was super good and friendly and it was good value for money. We had our little dog with us and they were very welcoming. "

"This hotel does was it says on the tin. It is definitely a 3 star and I miss the tea/coffee facilities in the room! There are no spare plug sockets to charge electrical items. We were lucky and got given a room on the 4th floor which had a balcony. This hotel is very close to the old part of Braga and so extremely convenient. Breakfast is basic and choice is limited but it is fine to start the day. Parking is very limited however there is a public car park close by and relatively cheap."
