"First balcone slide door not closed well we ask to repair they said don’t worry 10 minutes and after one hour someone come but it doesn’t work and while we are waiting we notice that room door could be open from outside from anyone whithout key and after we complain they agreed to give us another room so another room with small and bad small beds and for the cleanliness it’s like joke we found a dirty socks just behind curtain so we decided to spend our night then next morning l check out and...

"The pillows, the beds and the washroom were so dirty. On top of all of that when we to extended another night through Expedia app online, which was a lot cheaper than he offered in person. As soon as I went up to him and I told him that I have booked another night, he was so pissed and he’s like you were already upstairs. You could’ve came downstairs and talk to me face-to-face if you wanna book another room because he wanted to charge even more expensive. But screw them all Turk people are the same and they want to rip you off but I didn’t let him and I booked my room online wish was 122$ cheaper than he offered in person for the same room, you can read their bad attitude when they know you booked cheaper . I don’t recommend this hotel and I’m not going back to Turkey. Screw turkey "

"A beautiful location for some quiet time in nature. We spent 5 days here just relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious and the cabin is a short drive from many nature spots in Bolu. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Enjoyed our peace and quiet and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. Our favorite activity was sitting by the fireside in the evening. Would love to stay again one day!"
