"The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Cannot state enough how fantastic the staff was. The property is showing its age a little bit, but it is still in good shape. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The dinner buffet which was extra was also great. The room I stayed in was also excellent. The pool was in great condition. Enjoyed spending time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and other establishments on the beach. "

As per advertisement snack and drinks in the room is replenish everyday, I have to ask for it the second day, then on our 3rd day, nothing was replenish, did mention my concern at the reception on our check out day. 2. Our room was half cleaned, have to call the reception for this, but it looks like there is only one housekeeping for a big hotel, felt bad for the gentleman. Hope my concern gets looked after,...

"I liked the rustic aesthetics of the resort and that it is relatively close to Alona Beach and the airport. The ocean view rooms are very nice, you can walk straight onto the beach and into the water off the porch. As far as the negatives, not really a big deal, but the main pool is a bit small for the size of the resort. "Our experience was great from day 1 to our last day. It was quiet and off the beaten path which is what we preferred. Was easy getting a ride to and from all areas. Beth and Ernie were helpful and lovely to chat with. Maxwell is the sweetest pup! Thanks for having us :)"
