"This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! "Çalışanların çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili olduğu bir otel. Fiyat performans açısından çok çok iyi. Yeni yapılmış ya da restore edilmiş diyebilirim. Odalar çok geniş değil ama bir iki günlük bir iş seyahati için fazlasıyla yeterli. Temizlikle ilgili bir rahatsızlık duymadım, ancak tuvalet kokusu vardı. Bir başka olumsuzluk da hem duvarlarda ses yalıtımı iyi değil, konuşulanları ve izlenen televizyonu ayrıca sokaktan geçen herkesin seslerini duyabiliyorsunuz.
