"Used “free airport/hotel shuttle” as my search filter. I chose this hotel and called two days before check-in to coordinate my pick-up from the airport. The representative told me to call the morning before I checked in to inform them of my flight arrival time. I did as he said and the representative I spoke with that day said they had no shuttles available. One of the amenities they had listed on their hotel was 24-hour free airport shuttle, this was a shock and disappointment. I demanded...

"Nothing short of phenomenal! a deluxe property with everything you would expect, but what's head and shoulders above every other hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to be hand picked, carefully trained, and caring beyond belief. Ive just spent a fortune on 2 rooms for 9 nights, and paying the bill didn't hurt a bit!
