"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! "Overall it was just functional for my needs. However no kettle and cups or tea/coffee provided which was probably the most annoying part. The breakfast was limited but decent enough. The wifi was a bit spotty as well. The location is far to walk to the downtown but bolt is cheap, so about 10mins away "

"A superb location with the comfortable airport bus right outside the door, and the downtown core within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, room was huge and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable and WiFi reliably fast. The breakfast was surprisingly good (excellent buffet selection). Great value for money for a really good night's sleep!"

"I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms."
