"Very new hotel with unique layout. Has common kitchen for those who want to cook themselves. Rooms are small but fully appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient to town and owner was very helpful. "

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"

She drove 10 hours to Coyhaique Chile on terrible roads and this hotel doesn't exist by this name. It has changed hands multiple times in the last year or so and EXPEDIA allowed me to book a room under a hotel name that doesn't exist. My driver had no money of her own to rent a room. Completely ruined my last night at the fishing lodge because I had to try and get her into another...
