"Novus City definitely seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the area, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, seemingly genuinely wanting to make sure our stay was good. The room (we had an executive room on the 6th floor) was spacious, clean, quiet and had a lovely comfy bed. With a couple of extra chairs and plenty of space for 2 people to put their bags and clothes, it made a nice change from most hotels where there's usually barely space for 1 person! "The hotel is very good. Staff very friendly especially in the bar and cleaners. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety . The pool area was good . The actual location of the hotel isnt that great and can be a bit intimidating which is a real shame. However Taxis and uber are cheap and plentiful so use them especially at night."

"Convenient location. Rooms are small but adequate. Elevators are tiny mac two people or one person with luggage. Breakfast options were good"
