"-The staff is not friendly -I paid extra taxes ( in expedia was included when i arrived to the hotel they ask me to pay the taxes) -Nice view from the hotel -The hotel is a bit old "

"I was in town for a conference and had a wonderful stay at Maki Hotel. The staff were all super friendly and kind and the room and property were well-kept and clean. Everything was in convenient walking distance. I genuinely could not have been happier!"

"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."
