"It’s a nice resort with a lot of potential. It was extremely clean and especially my room was spotless- love the housekeeping staff. While the restaurant and front desk staff were fantastic, they were understaffed in the afternoon and evening every day I was there, which meant waiting excessively long times to get a drink and meals during peak hours for happy hour and dinner and check in time. The staff was very gracious to go as fast as possible. The resort needs to look into short staffing...

"Wonderful experience. They offer many activities in Wadi Rum such as jeep tours, camel rides and stargazing. The staff is very nice, and property is very clean. Parking is easy and you can schedule a pick-up from the parking area to the hotel. "
