The entire staff was wonderful, friendly as can be and always happy to make your stay the best it can be. Special mentions to Neller with concierge services, Bree and Tiffany in the restaurants, Michael at the beach and Janelle with guest services. But really, all the staff is wonderful. "

"Overall a very nice place to stay. We stayed on the Merrywing side. There are some simple things they could do better to bring it up a notch. Gym- fill the automatic disinfectant station or leave wipes. You feel a bit grimey as there is no way to clean anything before or after using. Room Cleaning- never replaced hand towels or face cloths. We went to Waves upon arriving while our room was being readied and waiting 20 minutes at counter bar. We asked for drink menu but no one ever came to take...

"These villas are private and spacious, which is great when you are traveling with family or friends. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, top-notch service! The villas are not directly on the beach, but are a short walk from Crocus Bay, which had phenomenal snorkeling and a great restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The views from the villas perched on the hillside are remarkable. "
