"Staff was exceptional in finding a room for us in the blackout, because we had already checked out in preparation for a train ride to Madrid. Without power, they couldn't check their computers, but one of them remembered a vacant room that wasn't reserved for the coming days. We had to spend 2 extra days in Malaga until we could rebook travel to Madrid. Without the wonderful staff at the Eliseos, we would not have had a place to stay during the emergency. "The hotel is in impeccable condition. The service was great. We upgraded to the Level program and it was worth every penny. We had wonderful full breakfasts and tapas at night. The staff was Helmand friendly. "

"Tent is a great option in Torremolinos. Friendly staff but self-service check-in is gimmicky. Old building with thin walls which could do with sound proofing. Would stay again but bring ear plugs!"
