"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "

"It is a really nice hotel, very modern with friendly staff. However the swimming pool is freezing and the hot tub was not on the whole time. The food was either really good or very bad however you do get a free trip to the spa that is definitely worth it "
