Golf Hotels in Alava Province from AED 176

"Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on...

We used the directions included by the hotel, but their signage is so small that we drove around the block 3 times, then only found a small sign and revolving door, but still unsure where to park, unload etc. Eventually we figured it out, and the place is winderful. The staff very freindly and helpful. Now that we know where to park etc, it is excellent !"
