"We booked a junior suite for a week long stay at this remarkable hotel. Breakfast had a verity of option, we loved abundance of fresh juices. Staff were highly responsive and addressed all our requests efficiently. It is obvious from our experience that this hotel is well managed. Thank you Hyatt Al kout, we loved our stay."

"The Red Tower is the worst place I've ever visited. After I looked at my room, which had very poor internet service. Throughout the apartment was unsanitary. The front desk attendant was rude and uncaring to me as a guest. To add, my reservation wasn't sent to the front desk. I immediately asked to use the phone to call a taxi to take me to another place to stay. I'm just happy that I was refunded my monies."

"Great hotel. The view is amazing, the staff very helpful, managed to check in early as I had a very early flight, even the proper check in is at 2, I managed to enter my room at 10, which was so helpful. Excellent comfortable bed, clean, frequent room service. I do not have anything really to complain. A minor part is sometimes you could hear the shower from the next room, but that was not something major"

"The building isn’t complete yet. Concrete cutouts in the bathroom wall. Pipes coming out of the floor in the lobby. Good shower and comfortable bed. Shower water drain was an issue so the bathroom floor floods unless you use half the shower head pressure. Underground parking is literally a construction site. Excellent staff. Bootleg tv channels "
