Some road noise with window open but good sound proofing when closed. Good view of Mt Ararat from top floor terrace. Drinks available from front terrace. Nice shower. Bed was a bit hard. Good breakfast. Dolmuş available to town and palace, both of which are interesting. 10-15 min walk to bus station. Good value for money."
