"As described. Lovely villa with a boat. Easy comms with host who couldn’t be more accommodating. check in and check out was seamless. The villa is lovely on the inside with good bedding and amenities. It was nice to have a bed and sheet change mode week. The outdoor area is shaded by several mature trees and palms and I can see these being a godsend in August. The pool drifts over the view of the sea and boat dock. I would highly recommended. Only minor observation is the bbq has seen better days and the villa could do with a new one. . "

"Sweet villa and perfect for two (as we were) or four. Easy walk to the beach front for drinks and tavernas. Lovely little pool and nice outdoor furniture. Bedrooms well equipped. Kitchen lacking some utensils and cloths to dry dishes. Indoor seating area not very comfortable for relaxing and reading. Overall - very nice and recommended. "

"We booked two weeks at this stunning house at a quiet time of year in Lefkada. The scenery and views is just breathtaking - a pleasure to wake every morning and watch the sunrise from the house. Our host was easy to contact and met us on arrival. The house was so clean, and having fresh towels, linen and basic cleaning done twice a week was a real help with a four year old in tow. Lefkada is such a stunning island, we didn’t want to leave. The pool was beautiful to swim in day and night. And the outdoor dining/kitchen was incredible. Can’t fault anything. Thank you."

"Villa Nearea is a beautiful, spacious villa. We were three family’s and the villa had plenty of space so we never felt on top of each other. Lilias was supper helpful both before and during our stay. We had a fabulous holiday. "

"The pictures don't do the villa justice, it is a beautiful villa. The bedrooms are all comfortable and each with an en-suite is a bonus. The kitchen it perfect for making meals and the balcony is lovely. The pool area is fantastic as is the pool. I would highly recommend this villa"

"The villa is beautifully presented, with everything my husband and I needed for a quiet week away. This was our first visit to Lefkada and it is a lovely island. The villa is set on the hillside with an amazing view from all rooms. It is set on several different levels with plenty of space to relax in different areas. The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, and everywhere was clean, with all our towels and bed linen changed during the week. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. The pool is wonderful and a reasonable size, but it is deep at one end (1.9m). The photos show the property exactly as it is. Communication with Vassilis was easy and he was very helpful with recommendations of local places to eat and quick to respond to any queries we had regarding the property during our stay. He was there to welcome us on arrival and available on WhatsApp at any time. Due to the location of the villa, you do need a car to get around but local beaches, towns and restaurants/tavernas are only a short drive away. The supermarket (open 7 days a week) is 5 mins away. The driveway up to the villa is quite steep at the start but easy enough to access and there is parking for 2 cars. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to stay again one day."
