"Staying there was a pleasant experience, except for the fact that we could hear everything the next room was saying, and they were doing."

"The security measures were very comforting. The staff was excellent! William did a great job with our car and luggage. I think the young lady who checked us in was name Diamond. She was very friendly and pleasant. They did run out of bottled water and also the water dispenser in the lobby ran empty on Thursday. That was a little inconvenient, but the clerk gave me a cold carton of “boxed” water instead. "

"This is a good hotel with very nice rooms, but they are on the small side. Location is ideal to visit attractions or go to the Capital One Arena. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was very comfortable. My suggestion is the position of the couch made it had to watch TV and there is no where to put my flatiron in the bathroom and there is no good place to put clothes away other than hanging them. The light above the couch was too low. The room itself was great just a few minor issues. "

"Didn't like not having, Dining,nor, a smoking area, for ppl.that smoke, and there is no American food at nearby Restaurants, also the phones in the rooms are new,but there was no info on how to use it"
