"This is basic, clean accommodation reasonably close to the Bonn Zentrum. Easy flat walking and tram runs along front of property if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast was in line with the price paid and offered a limited, but fresh range to choose from. I asked for an extra pillow the first evening but this was not possible due to housekeeping being closed and the property kept no spares at reception. I suffer from reflux and the included pillow was not helpful at all, even when folded in half so the first night I had to fold up my winter jacket to try and get some sleep. The friendly housekeeping staff easily found a pillow for my second night. The heaters sounded like there was rain or a toilet dripping, apparently there is air in the pipes which has not been bled out. Overall, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne. "
