"Stayed in a spa room and it was lovely. Best bed ever, very comfortable. Complementary drinks included in the fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant food generally was excellent although a little bit pricey."

"Lovely old hotel in the midst of a major renovation. We were booked into a newly renovated room which was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. There was some noise from renovations on weekdays but it was not particularly bothersome. The location is great - essentially equidistant between the Abbey and Roman Baths and the Circus and Royal Crescent. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff was inviting and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel. "

"Excellent stay, great spa facilities, spacious rooms, lovely food. Me and my partner stayed for bed and breakfast for one night, the breakfast was so filling and tasty. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff couldnt do enough for you, very polite and accommodating. You definitely get what you pay for 🙂"
