"The "24 reception" is non-existent, trying to check in around 4pm and I stood around for a while waiting for someone to show up while I sat there ringing the bell, shouting hello is anyone working, etc... The hot water took about 15 minutes in the shower that has no shower head and the water smells bad. No hangers in the closet. And my favorite, no top sheet, so i was sleeping under a blanket that was certainly not washed after each guest. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"When we arrived they weren’t informed about our arrival so they prepared the room quickly. The bathroom did not seemed very clean. There was no anti covid preparation, the owners weren’t wearing masks when they were talking to us. The breakfast was very good with a rich menu but there was too much food so we left a lot of food waste . From our room we were hearing the noise coming from the pool, the room wasn’t isolated well ,we felt that we have little privacy. "
