"I would rent again"

"I wanted to love the property but it isn’t lovable. The outside view leaves alot to be desired. This has nothing to do with the property. The property itself looks well groomed. The view of the neighbor’s backyard was not good. For a short 2 night stay the price was great. It is well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. I would like to have had harder water pressure and hotter water, but I know that is just my personal preference. For the price, it was a great find."

While the overall stay was five stars, I’d give the amenities a solid 3.5 but that’s mostly due to personal preference. "Easy, clean and overall great place to stay"

"Check in was very frustrating as the door code would not work on the key pad. Even a 2nd code would not work and had to get a code to open the lock box to access a key. Actual unit was OK but the living room carpet and carpets in the bathroom were very dirty. Throw on the bed was also dirty. Hallway and staircase very musty. Location was great. German Village is lovely."

"My husband, son, and I stayed at this property to see the eclipse on 4/8. It worked perfectly for us and was much better than staying as a family in a hotel room. The location was perfect in walking distance from the river, many restaurants, and a very cute park. The beds were SUPER comfortable. We loved the location and in the evening we enjoyed sitting in the front porch enjoying a glass of wine. The house was very clean and aesthetically pleasing which just made for an enjoyable stay."
