Coffee at Romancing the Bean and off 20 minutes to Downtown Denver - stops in front of Denver Convention Center or 20 minutes to Denver Tech Center. Walk two block to Arapahoe Community College.

Historical Downtown Littleton is one of the few remaining historical shopping districts along the front range.
With over 250 eclectic shopping, dining, entertainment and service-oriented businesses. These original,
independent shops run the gamut of merchandise & service, offering personal services & attention as well
as high quality and unique items. We have four-star restaurants, and small neighborhood eateries, award-winning live theater and a calendar full of events for the whole family.

Rates include sales tax and cleaning fee to all reservations. Reservation for 30 days or longer have no sales tax. 5 night minimum required if booked 30 days in advance from arrival, 4 night min days booked 21 days in advance. 3 night minimum booked 14 days in advance from arrival date.

A nice place in Littleton. Five minutes from the train station and three minutes away from the downtown area. Quiet and clean and cozy place.

Absolutely Perfect!
The loft is in the perfect spot--a stone's throw from coffee, shops, food, drinks, and the train. It was much bigger than we expected and had a fabulous rooftop patio. Everything was neat and clean and communication with our host was excellent. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

Great location!
The property was in a great location allowing access to 470 and everything else. It was nice to be able to just walk to downtown Littleton without having to fight for parking. Cindy was great communicating during the whole process and kept us updated when there was an issue before we got to the property. We will definitely see about using the property again next time we are in the area.

Excellent downtown getaway
Surprisingly spacious and well-stocked, this convenient location is close to everything Littleton by virtue of being a block away from Main St. Park your car and walk everywhere, make friends, and become a local for a few days. Cindy is personable and responsive, and does an excellent job in making you feel welcomed. A++ would recommend

Eclectic downtown loft
This loft is all about location, walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Littleton and easy access to highway. It was clean and comfortable. It is not "elegant, executive" as described. Décor and furniture are eclectic and dated, including the red sheets and curtains. The bathroom is very small and at the opposite end of unit from the bedroom. With that said, for the price it was a good value.

Fantastic Place!
I've stayed here twice already (which should tell you everything right there). The location is literally right in downtown Littleton so a quick walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment is private, clean and comfortable. The only reason I haven't stayed here more often when coming to Denver is it's always booked! So if you're thinking about it and her dates are open grab it. Cindy, the host, is not intrusive but always available to answer your questions. The place has everything I need.

A hidden gem
I chose Cindy's place for a friend to stay at while visiting from out of town. The pictures are good but in my opinion it's even nicer than the listing leads you to believe. Plenty of room to rest and relax and the kitchen is great if you want to cook up some meals. The downtown shops are right outside your door so it's easy to enjoy food and shopping without even needing a car. I live 10 minutes away and I'm tempted to rent it again just to have a nice stay in downtown Littleton. Cindy was responsive to any question I had and when the VRBO site was being a little glitchy she called me to make sure my answers were answered super fast. Amazing!

Right in the middle of town
A lovely well-equipped apartment, this vrbo was great for our needs! Other than a seeming overlook of the uncleared refrigerate, the rest of the apartment was really clean. Street noise was pronounced as the bedroom was on the busy street of Littleton Ave But with windows closed and fan on or heat on some nights there was no problem. I’d gladly stay in this unit again. It would be nice to have had an umbrella as part of the laundry room equipment for those unexpected storms. But I should have brought one!! Great stay. Thanks to the owners for their communications with us.

Excellent location. Very spacious, more than we thought. Quiet as there are no direct neighbors.
Businesses nearby but very quiet. Had our dogs and there was a park 2 blocks away. New bakery down the street with amazing food and coffee. Reason we didn’t give 5 stars is all the sheets and towels smelled overwhelming like chemical-laden dryer sheets or detergent. The smell was so overwhelming it made it difficult to sleep (along with the bed being pretty uncomfortable). Maybe in the future they can use unscented fabric softener or dryer sheets. Not sure if the smell was a one time thing. I can be pretty sensitive to smells but I feel the average person would have trouble with this too. Overall this met our needs and we’ll consider this place for our future stays in Littleton.

One block from Main Street
So nice to stay so close to Main Street at Christmas time! Would suggest getting a digital lock w a code - a lock box is pretty old school. Loved that cable was included so I didn’t have to Log in to my streaming accounts. Bed was comfy

Overall our stay at this upstairs flat was great. It was literally a half block from restaurants and boutique shopping. Though the bathroom is small the rest of the flat was large. The king bed was very comfortable. This may not be the right choice however for older travelers. The parking lot is very uneven and the stairs are not adequately lighted. The host was very accommodating as we had to change our reservation due to weather.
