"We spent 4 nights over Christmas at the property and had a lovely time. It is in a great location to explore the area, close to the motorway, but in a quiet rural area surrounded by fields. The property is well equipped and has a great kitchen with a fantastic oven. We didn't really make the most of the garden due to it being cold and damp but it was nice to have a safe enclosed space for our dog to explore. "We had the most lovely stay at De Hoedenmaker! Pascal was incredibly helpful and generous with his travel advice and area recommendations for food, sightseeing, etc. We had our 6 and 4 year old in tow and the house suited us perfectly. It was stocked and well appointed and very comfortable. Perhaps most of all the location is just ideal - steps from the bustle of the city but tucked in a true residential area.
