Vi bookede et standart-værelse, og blev mødt af alt andet end vi forventede.. Der var beskidt og ulækkert over det hele! Håndvasken virkede ikke, der var blod på det ene pudebetræk, der manglede en pærer i lampen, sengen var generelt MEGET beskidt og der lugtede..

Vanhan puolen huoneet ja vessat huonokuntoiset ja likaiset. Uudella puolella tilat vaikuttivat paremman kuntoilta ja raikkailta, vaikka huoneisiin sisään ei nähtykkään. Huone ei vastannut sitä, mitä kuvassa näytettiin.

De badkamer heeft nog nooit een natte lap gezien, de WC was te smerig om op te zitten. De douchekop werkte niet, dus door de knieën met de slang om je haar te wassen. Geen bedlampjes, dus nadat het grote licht uit is, moet je op de tast naar het bed. Het ergste: hierheen overgeboekt, omdat het andere hotel dicht is vanwege renovatie: ZE ZITTEN ZELF MIDDEN IN EEN RENOVATIE. Je hoort de hele dag drilboren, boormachines en puin dat van de eerste verdieping af aar beneden wordt gestort. We hebben het hier 4 dagen uitgehouden en toen hebben we een ander hotel gezocht. Bij de receptie stond het personeel alleen dom naar ons te kijken toen we uitlegden waarom we de sleutel in kwamen leveren. Geen excuus, niets.

インドネシアらしさが感じられる、いいホテルです
まず日本のビジネスホテルのような設備や清潔さを期待すると、落胆してしまうと思います。 ここには質素というか、素朴な感じで、十分な清潔さ、快適さがあります。 たとえば水回り（洗面台、シャワー室）には設備の古さやさびがありますが、インドネシアの人たちの中では、ハネムーンで利用するレベルだそうです。（他島から来た宿泊者から聞きました）　バックパッカーとしてアジアを回った私には、十分以上にきれいで清潔です。 建物はバリの歴史と文化を感じさせるような作りで、かつきれいなプールもついていて、プールサイドではコンパクトながらもリゾート施設の雰囲気が楽しめます。 ルームサービスも丁寧で誠実です。スタッフもみんながみんなにこやかで明るいです。 8割がたのスタッフとは英語が通じます。なかには片言の日本語が話せる人もいます。 2017年10月に5泊利用した際、「Expediaで予約しました」といって予約番号を伝えるも、予約はないと言われました。。。でも、印刷したメールを見せて「確かにExpediaで予約しました」と伝えると、ふつうに部屋を用意してくれました。（空きが十分だったので問題なかったのかも） 17歳の娘は今回が初めてのアジア旅行でしたが、「物質的には日本みたいな豊かさではないけど、生きている充実感はこちらのほうがずっと強く感じられる」と感想を話していました。 そういう意味でも、とてもいいホテルでした。また泊まりに行きたいです。 あと、エステ（バリのマッサージ）では日本からも研修に人が来るようで、室内で本格的なものが楽しめます。通常3000円／時間ほどの料金が、宿泊者だと1000円／時間になるのも、とってもお得です。 （町中のエステでも800円／時間ほどでできますが、Abian Sramaのほうが建物が本格的です） 夕方は蚊がでてくるので、近所のコンビニで殺虫剤（シュッと一ふきで12時間のやつ。約300円）を利用して、毎晩快適に過ごしました。 ついでに電源アダプターも近所のコンビニで約300円で買いました。

お湯は出ない水はけ悪い、冷蔵庫は有ってもコンセントに届かない、 エアコンのリモコンは裏蓋が取れてなくなって操作するのにコツが要る、 鍵はタグがなく、ティッシュの様な紙を穴に通して手書き、コンセントは ガタガタ、バックパッカーだったので大抵の安宿に慣れているがこれだったらその安い値段の半額じゃないと。まぁ、たまたま自分の部屋だけだと思いたい

マッサージが同じ経営で部屋が多く外来が多い，宿泊者は外来の50%の金額で受けられ　質とコスパが良い。クラクラバス停が至近でかつ食事をするところの種類が多く近い。 建物設備は古いが雰囲気が良い。 クリーニングが安く速い。セキュリティボックスは部屋にないので貴重品はフロント， 部屋では大きめのカバンに鍵をかけるのが良い。

Run in the other direction
The first thing they told me when I checked in was that I could not cange rooms since I booked with a special price through hotels.com, I quickly got why. It was the dirtiest room I have ever been at, by far! There was spider webs in all corners (which actually helped against some of the mosquitoes) and a lot of dirt. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste stains on it, the toilet looked like it had never been kleaned, there was lipsticks on the bed cover, dead flies in the bathtub and the list goes on. The internet did not work in the room, they air con was stuck at 18 degrees. I would recommend hotels to remove this hotel from their offerings! Absolutely dreadful!

便利だけれど、色々問題あり
立地は良く便利だけれど、設備が古く、掃除も上手くなく、清潔感に欠ける。 デラックスダブルを予約していったにもかかわらず、部屋が空いてなく同じ料金でスタンダードの狭い部屋に入れられた。 フロントスタッフはしっかりしていて お願いしたことはきちんとやってくれたのが救い。

Very friendly staff, awesome massage!
I had to stay in the hotel all day as it was Silence Day and the staff was super helpful and attentive to my needs. Meals were affordable and tasty and there was also a massage discount for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean - will stay here again for my next business trip.

I had booked the hotel mainly for its Wi-Fi an shuttle service to an from the airport nearby! After calling an speaking with the hotel..they did not send a shuttle to the airport for me. An they told me that they do not do that, l also had no Wi-Fi and breakfast that was included with the cost. The room an entire facility was very vacant..hatdly a body there an not clean by any standard. The pictures were lovely, but what you clearly see in the pictures on your site an what the hotel offers are not what you get. I am extremely dissapointed , And feel this hotel is falsely advertised on your site!

Ci siamo stati l'anno scorso e non era male, pulizie e cambi regolari, quest'anno bisognava chiedere per favore per il cambio delle lenzuola, in 20 giorni un cambio perché richiesto, in più mancavano le tende della doccia, asciugamani orribili, a volte macchiati e non parliamo della pulizia generale....

reposant, facile d'accès et typiquement balinais
