"This is a fairly new condo. The location and view are outstanding. The condo was very clean! The condo bed could use a new mattress and pillows. There wasn't very much room for storing our clothes. Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. "This was the perfect location for us. It was mid cape and very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We spent one day visiting the National Seacoast, one day in Sandwich, one day in Martha’s Vineyard and one day in Nantucket so location was important. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Would highly recommend "

"The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day.
