"Perfect getaway for our family of 3 and our dog. There was enough room for 6 with the pullout couch. Great location and amazing view of the ocean with private beach. Walkable to the Ocean House, Wee Packet and other restaurants, and 5 minute drive to even more. Very new building and the unit is very updated. Only complaint is that the sprinklers go on very early - 9pm, so we weren’t able to use the deck at night due to the mist. "

"This is a fairly new condo. The location and view are outstanding. The condo was very clean! The condo bed could use a new mattress and pillows. There wasn't very much room for storing our clothes. Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. "The location was perfect for beach access and is just west of Ocean House restaurant. The place was clean and up to date. Communication was excellent from property manager. They emailed us on arrival day with instructions. I would definitely return to the same premises for next booking. Sea Shore rentals did an excellent job. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean & comfortable. The private beach was a highlight, and having private bathrooms in each bedroom was really nice. Lots of chairs & extras for the beach were provided. The tv worked with a basic cable package. If you stay here, I highly recommend the Ocean House for dinner. It’s a bit pricey but delicious & right around the corner. The shops in Dennis Port were cute & we drove down to Chatham to see the lighthouse, and do even more...

"My family stayed here mid week in June and it was the perfect home base for exploring the cape. It was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to eat out (including a grill). The best part was the beach access that was literally steps away. "This condo is cute, well decorated, and has plenty of room. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the beach. However, it could have been cleaner. At first glance, everything was clean, but details were not taken care of. For example, under and around the Keurig, there was spilled coffee. The listing shows patio furniture, but there wasn't any out back. The window air conditioners were in the closets and we had to put them in ourselves and the screen for the slider out back is completely ripped....

"The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Loved that it was ocean front(had beautiful view from the balcony). Good location for exploring different towns on the Cape. The condo was perfect size and nicely set up and decorated. Only con was the couch is too close to the TV which makes it uncomfortable. We would definitely stay there again."
