"The staff is especially caring and friendly. Water sports were available for all levels. The resort is absolutely beautiful. We took the Jammer all day excursion and it was terrific, but good snorkeling is accessible right at the resort. Just be aware that the airport is far away and you will need a taxi. "

"I liked most of it. The staff was nice and courteous, rooms were clean so it was the facility. My con will be food services. There were VERY limit on its menu. most of them didnt have the ingredients for most of the popular dishes. Then there was not much to see around."

"Terrible room view. Not as fancy as other resorts I’ve stayed out. Reservation dinners were average. Long wait at one reservation restaurant due to overbooking. I like the casual atmosphere of this resort though. Superbowl party was above and beyond"

"It is a great location with nice staff and great service, a nice view of the mountains, and a beautiful pool! The only downside was that the food was not that great, so I am glad that we did not purchase the food package."

"The property was amazing. They had everything you need on site. There is also a ton of restaurants walkable and we are in a different restaurant every night. There is also a lounge called Ultra right across the street with great music. Incredible place. "

"We loved Secrets wild orchid. The resort is clean. The beaches are well maintained. The pools and pool bars were a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly! The food in some of the restaurants was subpar but it was on the same level as many of the other all inclusives we have done. Our butlers, Devon and Adia were both very sweet and very helpful. They took care of all our reservations for us. Don’t forget to tip your butlers if they did a fantastic job like ours did! "

"This property was amazing! There wasn’t dining options on site but there was an amazing lunch spot 10 min away and they had several options available with a taxi service ready. Would highly recommend this property if you want to get away and relax. "

"The individuals that operate this property made my stay exceptional. They reached out to me in advance to ensure I knew where the property was and to confirm my time and date of arrival. When I reached the property, I was greeted and given a tour of the property and its amenities. Additionally I was given a tasty welcome drink. "Ms. Cheryl Gustave (General Manager) and her staff were most accommodating to me and my family while we were visiting the island in February (2025). We had a very memorable 3-generational trip (mother, daughter & grandmother) and our stay here was no exception. Now, we plan to return to the property every time we visit St. Lucia and will certainly recommend it to others. I can't say enough about the service, food, drinks, shuttle to the other (3) Bay Gardens properties, which we had access to, and the serene atmosphere at Bay Gardens Hotel. The bartenders were great and the Rum Punch was even better! The hotel was recommended to us by family members and it did not disappoint. The pictures online accurately depicted the grounds. Well worth the money. I wish I had been a bit more adventurous and taken part in the Karaoke Night activities...maybe next time."
