"Property and front desk staff were amazing. The woman in charge of breakfast continuously slammed cabinet doors to the point multiple tables got up fixed things to go and walked out. She simply smiled at this like she had won. It was not great experience when about to leave the property. I hope it’s not the norm. "

"The hotel was very nice, great architecture, and in a convenient location. Very walkable. Comfortable beds. Our room had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River, and the sunset was gorgeous. We were very near the rooftop pool, which would have been nice if the area was open. I understand it’s closed for “winter” but the area had lots of space, sitting areas, cornhole games, etc. that could have easily been enjoyed in the mild Louisiana “winter”, especially since there is no other courtyard...

"There were people smoking weed in the cars in the parking lot. It really stunk bad. Not the hotels fault though. It did not feel as safe in the parking lot as I would have liked. "

"Let’s start with the cons, because they are few 😁 glass panes in windows very thin, can hear ALL the traffic noise from the expressway. Can hear EVERYTHING going on next door because of the connecting door. Code was cold. Pros Hotel front desk clerks are very friendly, hotel is clean, room is clean and pretty, bed is super comfortable and are several restaurants within walking distance."
