"The cabin was nicely located on the river, but was a little loud at times from truck noise on the road. Interior was clean and comfortable. The code wasn't updated at check-in, and it took us about 5-10 minutes of standing outside at night to get it resolved. Also, the guest house lights randomly went on during our second evening and shone bright lights into the cabin. Manager did not respond until the next morning."

"Celebrating my wife's birthday, we stayed several nights at the Wabi-Sabi cabin. Furnished well, stylish, all rooms nice, there would have been plenty of room for a small family to stay. It happened to snow this weekend so we didn't venture out too much, but we stayed in played some table games, watched some movies, heated up the wood stove, and took a break from the fast pace world."

"We enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely on the inside with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and very comfortable living room. Nice thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with snacks was much appreciated. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the porch and the peaceful, private location. Don’t be fooled by the rustic outside - once you get inside the laid back stress-free vibe will take over and you’ll love being there. "My daughter and I wanted a quick weekend away before Christmas. We arrived in the evening and when we walked in the house it was beyond charming and cozy. The home was lit up for Christmas and decorated beautifully. The view was peaceful and fireplace made it so cozy. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question or two. "Grime under the rug, bugs in the light fixtures, 3 stink bugs on the blinds, spider webs in the over vent, and wasps in the 3rd bedroom - which had a bed and open storage for tools. Bug droppings in the mattresses and around the fireplace. We left immediately - this is not for a family that is used to being comfortable. We had to make alternate arrangements for coming to a wedding in the area."

"This is the secind time my family and i have stayed at this property. We loved it as much as we did the first time. You have neighbors but its surrounded with nature so you almost dont even know that they're there. The kids loved the river access and playing with the canoe and floaties that were provided. The back patio is very inviting and decorated nicely. My favorite room of the house has to be the sun room. We plan on coming back anually."

"The cabin is beautiful as well as the property if sits on halfway up a mountain! We enjoyed hiking on the property and the seclusion of the cabin. "Hello, The property was very clean. My (older) mother is a stickler for clean and she was pleasantly surprised. The outlet in the upstairs bathroom did not work. We tried the GFCI and no luck. "Great experience! Super-easy check-in. Great communication. Property was high-quality, clean and even better than pictured in the photos. Lots of privacy in a peaceful setting. Hosts were very friendly, accommodating and are close by in case anything was needed. The hosts are actually builders and we are now considering them for building a home on nearby land we purchased!"
