We were turned away, the hotel telling us they didn’t book through hotels.com anymore.

Wouldn't be our first choice
The hotel is located Near the train station wich was convenient. The room was basic and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. The hotel is under renovation so not ideal for power outage/ac (we had to call the front desk many times to turn it on because we couldn't control it from our room) Most of the staff are careless but this is India so not surprising.
