It is a lovely and well-located hotel, with the staff doing their best to keep it running smoothly. It needs a significant overhaul of its facilities, though -- the in-room heating did not work in my room, for example, and in a cold Delhi winter, I could get barely lukewarm water to bathe in.

Good as close to ambience mall and airport - hotel is a good choice and buffet good before am flight to London- only downside is whilst mall is walkable in 10 minutes no proper path or signage and easier to drive given usual Delhi traffic craziness

Very modern, updated facility. The open shower was a bit difficult for us because there seemed to be nothing to contain the water except for a small raised lip at the end of a bathtub. The open shower is most likely meant to accommodate a wheelchair user.

I wasn’t impressed. I was on the 4th floor and it had a bathroom smell as soon I walked to my room. Carpets were old and looked ok. My AC didn’t cool despite my complaints. They sent an electrician but still it didn’t get done. They were hesitant to change my room and I dropped the idea of going through inconvenience. It was ok.

This is one of the worst experience I have ever had specially booking through the Hotels.com I have paid for This booking was already paid but when I reached while I’m doing the check-in, they told me my name it’s not appearing there and I cannot find my working reference although I called hotel team it took from me almost 4 hours to get in the hotels and also they hold the amount till they will get the confirmation from Hotels.com one of the worst experience ever from both side hotels.com and the hotel itself

Ive stayed a couple of times here. Lnly becsuse its closed to my apartment in Vasant Kunj. This property is weird and eerie. Entire stay there was a weird construction sound whichbeventually stopped. This used to bevthe Hyatt and i think it burned down and three partners took it over and nsmed it Hyatt. The only good thing is the rooms are spacious. But again looks ghostly and eerie.

Very dated rooms, I was on 5th floor and there was dampness smell all the way from elevator to the room. The view outside from the room was of the hotel property with standing dirty water on one of their terraces. The rooms did not have ability to turn off 3 of the several individual lights/lamps and in general was very dark even with all the lights turned on. And,one of the worst WiFi if one has to work.
