There's a 24 hr reception which makes it feel more secure. And for the room itself it's standard. A bed for you to sleep in with a small shower/toilet. Don't expect extreme comfort, but for your money. It's clean and safe.I mentioned this after entering my room then returning to Reception. As soon as I mentioned the staff couldn't be more helpful and sorted it all out within minutes. Absolutely awesome service! A great budget option in a central location in the city, the room was spotless and comfortable too.

For the price, we were not expecting the friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms we got. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were perfect for somewhere to crash on a weekend to visit friends.1st thoughts when seeing the building, was not the best, but when you enter and then see the rooms, it's wow what a surprise, looks so different to what you expect, pleasant staff on the reception, helpful when we needed help, rooms were decent but with easy hotels you pay for what you want, and we had a twin room with bathroom and a window and was happy, lots of plug sockets and usbs which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely said we stay here again

I paid 1599 for a deluxe room for one night. The staff is always ready to help you and provide room service. It was a good experience compared to the price. I was a little late for breakfast and had an average, otherwise everything was very good. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. There was no problem in finding the hotel as the hotel is on the main road.

This hotel does Not exist. We spent 40 minutes driving around in a taxi circling the address. There is no such hotel. None of the locals knew about it either. The driver said the hotel scam probably bought fake reviews. We finally had to get out of the taxi with all of our suitcases and walk around until we found another place.

a decent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. . The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I want to suggest this hotel for vacation. The room is very wide and clean. It has a lot of facilities; comfortable beds, a large Room, a resturent etc. This hotel has high security and provide easy access. The staff are very pleasant.

They couldn’t even find our confirmation number so we didn’t stay there. It was the scariest place ever! Hotels.com did not help us At all. I cannot believe that they had this hotel is a 9.4 rating. It was a scary dangerous little Ally and I had young people with me.

Really impressed at our stay in the Plazzo prime . The stay was very comfortable and, for the price paid, it met all our expectations. Throughout our stay the staff were working so hard and yet Nice and clean also excellent service |Nice break fast lots of variety and clean atmosphere. Service minded staff specially nikhil who is working there and good helper. We will definitely recommend this place. We always use this Plazzo prime plaza .

I arrived early morning for 6 night stay. I was there 5 hours or less and left! There was no towels, soap, toilet paper.. the walls had splatter on them. There were shoes at the bathroom door like someone was staying there. I found blood on the sheets. The window was just a screen so you could hear everything outside. The remotes had been taped all up and I asked about coffee and they didn’t have any even though they were supposed to provide breakfast. I did not feel safe at all due to the location. I have been trying to get a refund from the owner but so far I haven’t received it.

Brilliant comfortable twin room for a young family with two small kids. Staff went above and beyond to ensure food for kids was appropriate. Specially made and packed food for our long haul flight for the small kids. Loved it and very thankful.
