Don't Be Fooled by these Pictures
This hotel does not look anything like it is on this site. It is a disgrace! It was dirty, the room did not even have basic things like toilet paper or towels until we requested them. We had a room that had a broken lock on it. The staff were very rude and only changed their tune when we told them that we had recorded our conversation and would play it for the tourist board. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi

Very good hotel with friendly staff
A very good hotel. Stayed in a garden view room. Very nice and large room with a good view. Very nicely done room with good furniture. Very comfortable. Hotel staff members were very polite, courteous and professional. Although food choices are limited, overall a very good stay option in the heart of Delhi.

AVOID THIS HOTEL
Fraud, liars and charters...that's the best i could say about this hotel. My booking was for Hotel Regent Intercontinental but upon arrival they put me to Hotel regent continental which is a run down hotel for the same hotel chain. The room was not cleaned, it had the garbage in the draws and with heavy smoke odor and they claim it's all non-smoking room. I called the house keeping to clean the room and spray the air freshener. My booking was for a king bed but was given 2 single bed join together and it was so uncomfortable to sleep. In the morning there was no hot water and the front desk staff (Sorav or shobam something is he's name) is a BIG liar and he didnt know what he was saying. He just kept lying. They gave me such a hard time that I had to call the Indian Police and press the chargers against this hotel for fraud. The pics for the rooms shown on the sites are misleading, the rooms are no way close to what the pics say. The hotels.com and other booking agents should verify the pictures before they sell this hotel because it's very misleading when you book from a foreign country. I cancelled my other 3 days and booked at a better hotel and i didnt pay for one night because of the inconvenience i had to go through.

Set in a backstreet of the run down area of Karol Bagh. Useful hotel for visiting people in the BLK Hospital. Rooms are ok , breakfast is terrible

Lovely hotel close to Karol Bagh Markets & restaur
We had a very nice suite. Was very clean. Bathroom very nice & clean with hot water running. Hair dryer. Bed was very comfy & we enjoyed a great 3 nights sleep after roaming around the country for 3 weeks. It was a great place to just chill...

Hôtel au coeur de la ville
Les oreillers tachés et déchirés, nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et il ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Là personne à la reception nous a dit que si nous n'étions pas contente d'aller dans un hôtel 5 * la nourriture ça va les serveurs faisaient de leur mieux pour nous satisfaire. Dommage l'inde est un beau pays que nous avons visité à plusieurs reprises. Mais la qualité de cette hôtel est un 2 * comment pouvez-vous donner plus.
