"Very convenient to the town square and shopping/dining venues. Located on a canal. Tended to be noisy during the night. Difficult to get luggage upstairs without elevator. Help was not offered when checking in. Lighting is dim. All this being said we would stay here again as the location makes up for negatives "

The room has a good amount of space and opens to a nice courtyard, or with the view of the canal. It is a good spot to exploit the city all within 5-10 minutes walking distance."

"Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Easy driving access and near the Markt Platz where we ate dinner each night. Delft porcelain museum was good. Weather sucked all 3 days, wind, cold, and rain. But the hotel was quiet and cozy. Beds were great. Will stay again next spring. "

"Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not."

The heating in our room was not working during our 4-night stay, which was reported. A duty manager came to investigate it but the heating still didnt work during our stay.
