"The home was quite nice. Most of the furniture was up to date, easy check-in and host responded super quickly. The only thing I found a little annoying is that there was no oven mitts and was only 1 trash bag (the trash bag I get, I only stayed for 2 days and didn’t plan to use as much trash as we did) but I relayed the message about the mitts and they were super nice and understanding. I would come back. "

"While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. "

"The house and check in process were all very good. The house is clean and in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. A family emergency required us to leave early so limited review. I would recommend."

"Great stay at Mani's house on the lake. Safe quiet neighborhood, and peaceful relaxing outdoor space for lounging by the lake and watching the ducks. Wi-fi was spotty at times, and as others have noted, the pool cues could use new tips (or, just tips, period), but this place had more than most, and I felt there was great value for the rental rate. Would def stay again if in the area."

"We live nearby but were needed a place to stay while our house was being repaired for flood damange. This house was comfortable and relatively clean. We enjoyed regular walks to the nearby park and found the neighbors friendly. The pool was a welcome break from the heat. The layout of house was great, with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the remaining bedrooms are on the other. The washer/dryer was centrally located. The AC works, but was a bit noisy in the master bedroom and...

"Lovely Craftsman house in Porterville. The living room and dining room are bigger then what the picture shows. The only draw back was no extra garage bags, no blow dryer and iron. Items we did not fly down with. It was great being able to walk to downtown to restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1/2 mile away. Would stay again!!"
