"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."

"Got it close to the Stadium (Anfield) and it didn’t disappoint. 5 minute walk. Cosy little town house with all that you need. Stephen was extremely professional. "

"Before arriving the house caretakers emailed explaining that the shower roller was broken, and the landing lights were not working. An issue as the top of the stairs are tricky with a stair gate and cut away step outside the bathroom. We were supplied with battery operated lights to remedy this. We arrived to find a bottle of Prosecco, milk, tea and crisps which was really nice. The decor was contemporary, beds comfortable, and generally a pleasant environment. "The property is beautiful, exactly how it’s described and looks in the photographs pure luxury.I booked the property for mine and my partners families to get together for 2 days over New Year’s Eve and everyone loved it.The Host Lucy was fantastic from start to finish always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful spacious modern house to wow friends and family."
